Every order is carefully inspected, securely packed, and shipped to maintain quality standards. By placing an order on www.codebooklibrary.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

No Return Policy

All sales are final once an order has been shipped.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect selection by the customer (title, edition, author, condition)
• Duplicate or accidental orders
• Minor cosmetic wear common in used books
• Preference-based dissatisfaction

We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, edition information, condition notes, and images before completing a purchase. If you need clarification, please contact us before ordering.

Exchanges & Replacements

(Applicable Only for Verified Issues)

We offer replacement or store credit only in the following verified cases:

• Book damaged during transit
• Incorrect book shipped (wrong title or edition)

Mandatory Requirements for Claims

To be eligible, all of the following must be met:

• Claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Unedited unboxing video is required (from sealed package opening to product reveal)
• Clear photographs of the book and packaging
• Email must include:
• Order number
• Full name
• Contact details

After Verification

• Replacement will be issued subject to availability
• Store credit may be offered if replacement is unavailable
• A prepaid return label will be provided only if the error is ours

 Cosmetic wear on used books (faded spine, bent corners, light markings) does not qualify as damage unless readability is affected.

Claim Timeframe

All exchange or replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of order placement by emailing:

After Dispatch

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
• Refused deliveries or uncollected parcels do not qualify for refunds or replacements

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

• Verified damaged or incorrect item and
• Replacement is unavailable

Refund Process

• Refund initiated after item verification (if return is required)
• Inspection time: 2–3 business days
• Refund processing: 5–7 business days after approval
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error is ours

Bulk Orders Policy

For bulk purchases:

• 5+ copies of a single title or
• 10+ total books in one order

Bulk Order Terms

• All bulk orders are final and non-refundable
• Replacements allowed only for:
• Transit-damaged items (reported within 48 hours)
• Incorrect titles or editions (with proof)

Not Eligible for Bulk Claims

• Minor wear on used books
• Unsold inventory
• Buyer stock or resale issues

All bulk refunds or replacements are at the sole discretion of Codebook Library.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

• Correctly delivered used books
• Books showing signs of use, markings, or personalization
• Digital products (eBooks or downloadable content, if applicable)
• Items without original packaging, invoice, or unboxing video

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure eligibility for claims, customers must:

• Review product details carefully before ordering
• Provide accurate shipping and contact information
• Retain packaging and invoice
• Record a full, unedited unboxing video
• Report issues within the required timeframe

Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

Codebook Library reserves the right to:

• Reject fraudulent or abusive claims
• Deny service to repeat policy abusers
• Make the final decision on all exchanges, credits, and refunds
