At Code Book Library, we provide high-value, professional technical references. Due to the specialized nature of these publications and our global distribution model, we maintain a strict return policy to keep our prices competitive for the trade community.

1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are considered final. Once an order has been processed and dispatched from our distribution center, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

      Change of mind or "no longer needed" requests.

      Ordering the incorrect year or edition (please verify the required edition with your local board or organization before purchasing).

      Accidentally doubling an order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take immense pride in our quality control. Every book is manually inspected before shipping. However, if your book arrives with a significant manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, we will make it right.

To qualify for a replacement:

  1. You must contact us at support@codebooklibrary.com within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
  2. Include your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the damage and the shipping packaging.
  3. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Incorrect Shipments

In the rare event that we ship the wrong title or a different edition than what you ordered, we will ship the correct book to you at no additional cost. You will not be asked to pay for the shipping of the replacement.

4. Cancellation Window

If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 6 hours of placement. Once the order has moved into the "Processing" stage (where the book is pulled and quality-checked), it can no longer be cancelled.

5. Refund Method (If Applicable)

In specific cases where a replacement is unavailable and a refund is approved by our management team, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (Stripe/PayPal) within 7–10 business days.
