Shipping Coverage

Currently, Codebook Library ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from the date of shipment

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on:

• Selected shipping method
• Order weight and size
• Destination address

All applicable shipping costs will be displayed before order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Codebook Library. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we accept eligible returns under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be damaged or incorrectly shipped
• Books must be returned in their original condition, including packaging

⚠️ Correctly delivered books that do not meet expectations due to used condition are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@codebooklibrary.com within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable)
3. Once approved, return instructions will be provided
4. A prepaid return shipping label will be issued only if the return is due to our error

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing begins after the returned item is received and inspected
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used books that are not damaged or incorrectly shipped
• Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)
• Items returned without prior approval
